Supports: Stress Relief

As children learn, grow, and dive into new experiences, it’s natural for challenges to arise. When children experience stress and anxiety, it can be helpful to lean on loved ones for support. In Alpaca’s story, children will learn that although difficult things may happen, they can share their worries with trusted friends, family, and community members to connect with their resilience and be reminded that they’re never alone.

With Reflect & Connect questions at the end, caregivers are supported in deepening their child’s understanding of this important emotional skill.
